Grinding Department

Grinding is performed with semi-automatic centerless and dive grinders with grinding wheels ranging from 100mm to 350mm.

According to different materials grinded we can guarantee tolerance range:

·         Roughness: Ra 0,07/0,20 micron

·         Roundness: 0,5 micron min.

·         Diameter tolerance: +/- 1 micron

·         Deflection: between 1 and 10 microns according to the length of the grinded component.

We can also perform additional finishing procedures such as honing and Mass Finishing (Vibratory Finishing).
