Grinding

The grinding processes are performed using semi-automatic centreless and plunge-cut grinding machines.

Depending on the materials used we can guarantee the following tolerances:

• Roughness: Ra 0.07/0.20 μm
• Roundness: 0.5 μ min.
• Diameter tolerance: +/ -1 μm
• Camber: Between microns and hundredths depending on the length of the part

We can perform additional Lapping and Vibrofinishing operations on the parts.
